These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Lizabelle Rice Mill Company (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By availing our services or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  

1. Services Offered

Lizabelle Rice Mill Company offers the following services:

  • Rice milling (custom milling for clients' palay)
  • Purchase and sale of milled rice and by-products
  • Storage services (if applicable)

  

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure that palay delivered for milling is clean and free from foreign objects.
  • The company is not liable for damage caused by wet, moldy, or poor-quality palay.
  • Customers must provide accurate contact information for service notifications and pickup schedules.

  

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments for milling services and rice purchases must be settled upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices are subject to change  without prior notice due to market conditions.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

  

4. Milling Yield Disclaimer

  • Milling yield varies based on palay quality and moisture content.
  • The company does not guarantee a fixed yield and is not responsible for loss resulting from poor quality palay.

  

5. Product Warranty

  • All products sold are inspected to meet quality standards.
  • Any concerns about product quality must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. No claims will be  entertained thereafter.

  

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Lizabelle Rice Mill Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or products.
  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service/product in question.

  

7. Force Majeure

  • The company is not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control  (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions).

  

8. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is kept confidential and is only used for business purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

  

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by  and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the  Philippines.

At Lizabelle Rice Mill Company, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality rice products and milling services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds may be granted.

  

1. SCOPE OF POLICY

This policy applies to:

  • Purchases of milled rice and related products
  • Custom rice milling services provided to clients

  

2. RETURNS FOR RICE PRODUCTS

  • Customers must inspect the rice upon delivery or pickup.
  • Returns will only be accepted  within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Returned items must be in their original  packaging, unopened, and in sellable condition.
  • The customer must present the official receipt or proof of purchase.

  

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom-milled rice from a customer's own palay is non-returnable.
  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or contaminated are not eligible for return.
  • Items returned after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

  

4. REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds will be  processed within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment or as store credit, depending on the situation.
  • In the case of product defects or fulfillment errors, Lizabelle Rice Mill Company will cover all related      costs.

  

5. MILLING SERVICE ISSUES

  • If there is a service-related  concern (e.g., damaged or under-processed output), customers must report it within 12 hours of receiving the milled product.
  • No refunds will be issued for poor palay quality or yield issues outside of Lizabelle Rice Mill Company’s control.

  

6. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If a customer receives the wrong product or incorrect quantity, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
